With over 25 years of experience in higher education, customer service, and training, Sonja Montiel (MA Ed) is known for her ability to quickly identify the root causes of leadership and team challenges within companies and organizations. She is a Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach, Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI)™ Certified Coach and Practitioner, and a Certified Facilitator for The Virtues Project™.
Sonja's expertise supports leadership and departments through one-to-one coaching, team development training, and talent planning and development strategies, where thoughtful concise action plans accelerate human potential within their organization.
Sonja serves as Membership Chair for Professional in HR Association (PIHRA), Program Chair for National HR Association (NHRA-VC) and is engaged in her community as a board member for Conejo Schools Foundation, VP of Parent Engagement for The Center Parent Network, and ambassador of education for Awareness Ties Media. Sonja writes regularly for LINK for Counselors (national) and AwareNow Magazine (international).

Together, they’ve built a practice rooted in integrity, curiosity, and the commitment to leave every person and organization stronger than they were found.
Today, Hilary is CEO of her independent practice as consultant, speaker, and author. She partners with Fortune 200 companies to elevate talent, ignite leadership, and build cultures of trust and bold alignment. Hilary is also a Master Facilitator for The Virtues Project™ and President Elect for National Speakers Association SoCal.
